At Hyperhire Co., Ltd. (하이퍼하이어주식회사), we want you to be satisfied with your Markly purchase. This policy outlines when refunds are available and how to request them.

2. Credit Purchases

Eligible for Refund

  • Unused Credits: If you purchased credits but haven't used any, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Technical Issues: If our service was unavailable or malfunctioning and you were unable to complete a project, we will refund the affected credit.
  • Duplicate Charges: Any accidental duplicate charges will be refunded immediately upon verification.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Used Credits: Credits that have been used to complete logo projects (reached Step 3) cannot be refunded.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI Output: Due to the subjective nature of design and the AI generation process, we cannot guarantee satisfaction with every output.
  • Requests After 14 Days: Refund requests for unused credits made more than 14 days after purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to akfxl94@gmail.com
  2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
  3. Provide your account email address
  4. Include the purchase date and amount
  5. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

4.1. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Stripe).

4.2. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

4.3. Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase.

5. Partial Refunds

If you purchased a credit bundle and have used some credits, we may offer a partial refund for the unused portion at our discretion, calculated at the single-credit rate rather than the discounted bundle rate.

6. Credit Expiration

Credits do not expire. There is no time limit on using your purchased credits, and no refunds will be issued for credits that remain unused by choice.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks without prior communication may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
